Friend vs. Aquaintance

So I am sitting here wondering how we know the difference. At one time I thought I had friends, but I learned otherwise very quickly.

It was a very important time in my life and one would have thought that my 'friends' since they were mothers themselves, that they would have known just how important this event was.I

n the beginning, maybe I was un-cool because I am married and they were not, maybe that is why I was no longer invited to lunch or break with them or to after work get togethers.

So anyhow, the 'event' was my daughter who is now 15months and my 'friends' have still yet to meet my baby...

Am I wrong for feeling like 'F you biatches' now that they are calling me wanting to meet new husbands, babies etc??

I guess these 'friends' were only aquaintances afterall.

So freakin what?!

So the Spurs lost last night thus ending their run at another ring...so freakin what...They are still the best NBA team...they are not babies, they do good things for the community, they are clean players, the are not all flashy...

I have been a fan since the late 80's...I even have a David Robinson rookie card.I also hate the BANDWAGGONER Spurs 'fans'...if you are going to talk smack after a loss, at least know what you are talking about...either you love them of hate them...you can't love them only when they are winning.

The Spurs are still my team, and if you don't like it...keep your opinions to yourself...because as the saying goes 'opinions are like Assholes, everyone has one...'
